Rectangular spiral spring is a spiral spring that receives axial pressure, and stores energy through compression deformation, thus providing buffering resilience. Our company currently sells its own brand of SW* series springs (excellent quality) and X-SW* series springs (more cost-effective), which can be selected by customers. The highest temperature resistance of this series of springs is 200℃, but when it is used above 80℃, the spring performance will be greatly reduced, or it will be damaged prematurely, or it will be discolored by painting, or it will rust. Please refer to the instructions at the bottom of the "Specification Sheet" tab for suggestions on maximum compression at high temperature.
On the allowable amount of compression
Never use it under the condition of exceeding the maximum compression. If it is used under the condition of exceeding the maximum compression, it may lead to the decrease of load durability.
We have standard-sized springs with diameters of φ6~φ60 in stock, which can usually be delivered within 3 working days. If you need to customize non-standard parts, the delivery time is generally 15-20 days. For the customization of non-standard parts, please give us your drawings, clearly indicating the requirements of size, tolerance, material and quantity, and then we will quote you a preferential price.
